Board of Directors Meetings are typically held quarterly. Any Coquina Point homeowner may request a copy of meeting minutes by emailing a request to the Board Secretary at [email protected]. Minutes are for homeowners only and are not posted on the HOA website for public view.
The next Board of Directors meeting is scheduled for Monday, July 20th, 1 PM at The Eagles Meeting Room.
The Annual Meeting of the Coquina Point Homeowners Association is held on the 2nd Monday of January at 7:30 pm for the purpose of electing directors, approving the budget, and transacting any other authorized business. The meeting location is determined by the Board of Directors.
