Architectural Control Committee
Changes to the exterior of your home, including but not limited to your roof, windows, doors, paint color, driveway, fence, yard and mailbox require approval from the Architectural Control Committee (ACC).
Please complete an ACC request form before any alterations are made. A fillable PDF form can be downloaded HERE. Email the completed form directly to the ACC at [email protected].
The ACC must have a copy of this form so they can review and approve the request. It is your responsibility to contact the City of Ormond Beach to obtain any necessary permits. CLICK HERE to be re-directed to the City's Building-Permits page.
